We all get your complaints and share some of them. Just don't see why it is all you have to talk about. You have never brought any DD to the board besides criticizing a PR.

It comes down to one question: do you believe the company will become current and uplift or not? If no, sell and move on. If yes, suck it up and wait it out.

Registering your opinions and gripes with this board is more than welcome, but if gripe and moan is all you have to offer then you are not helping the progression and DD on the board.
