Good morning all,

I believe AlanC is right on the money. If an entity creates a short position via their trading model, you will never know about it.

From what I have observed, and with the relatively low trading volumes, most shares down here are being writ to the liabilities column of an institution (edited...is my interpretation).

Just like when you enter a buy in your retail account. The trade you have entered is judged quantitatively against the brokerage's trading strategy, and they will either buy shares for your account OR your account will be earmarked for shares with action taken via the broker's own intention.

Anyways, onto more important things regarding Shining Tree.

I would like to confer the question of "Whether or not the Shining Tree property is ready (read 'more toward the state of being ready than not') to be spun out?" to the more senior minds who have dissected the press releases.

When the vote occurred authorizing the spin out of the Shining Tree property, I would have assumed that the transaction would be well into it's process. But the announcement of further drilling has thrown me for a, proverbial, loop-da-loop?!?

Does anyone else have any thoughts on where we might stand in the process of the spin out?

Thanks and have a great day!

KPC
