As I said the shares have not been returned to the company yet, but since the were issued to people associated with Comedy Net, and that deal never went through, they will be returned to the company.

I am perfectly satisfied with the word of the IR, if you are not, why don't you call the transfer agent for verification?

I agree, the published O/S never includes the shares held in the company treasury. In fact, they may never actually be returned to the company treasury but rather be placed in a LLC, wholly owned by the company.
