i hate to be a negative nancy, but this stock share structure is a very major concern, especially to new investors. if the share structure isn't what it is today, then of course we wouldn't be talking about a reverse split. even if this stock does run, the high will be low and the run will be short.

i know most penny stocks trade on hopes and dreams but this one was left a disaster. not to mention mr. chaos still has many shares to sell once/if this thing runs.

in my opinion, i'd like to see the new ceo talk about restructuring efforts in conjunction with his future plans to move the company forward. with a 1 trillion a/s and probably an o/s to match (who knows the t/a was gagged), there's much work to be done. selling a few more apps than ottens is good, but it won't get us out of the hole he dug.
