deal has been made with IRS to pay back on installment, $1000 mo. I'm in the same predicament. You do not want to post profits, it is the first thing your attorney will tell you, and you NEVER want to pay them back a large slump sum. This is not imho it" my attorneys and I'm am sure it was Scott's legal advise as well.
