arete sold 7000 non producing oil acres for 5.5 million, they still have 30,000 acres that produce oil, if we give it a lowball estimate of 1000/ acre that gives them 30 million, there are 7.7 million shares outstanding, at worst case gives them 4/ share. WHY BE SHORT.
