If you only knew what some of us old posters know. Ken and his family have mortgaged all that they have, so if they don't do well with KATX/BVIG they will lose their homes and all that they have worked for.

Some of us are ticked off because we have lost a few hundred to thousands of dollars, but how would you like it if several family members were to lose their homes and all their savings. Ken and his family are all in.... There is no where to run, but to make this deal work...

I hank G_d for the N. Lucky area. Another property might save us, but the Lucky is what should get us into the mid dollar range and up... However, that could take months plus...
