Thank you for the compassion. I've been watching very closely for 2 years. THERE IS NOTHING that has changed on the business front that makes ME believe they are turning any corner. I've seen union votes, lender concessions, Q reports ect... seemingly to be light at the end of this long and dark tunnel.

My opinion is that most the fat as been trimmed, all the extra assets (like 50+ years worth) have been sold. The brand continues to take a beating.
