I have had similar experience with the shares
i purchased recently. I would place an order for
500,000 shares with a limit at the ask,all or nothing.
A piddly trade of 5k , 7k would come in and
immediately raise the ask above my limit. this was
more than coincidence.
Sometimes i would get the fill at the end of the day
sometimes not.

Like you i felt they were playing games with me.

Over the last year the share price has declined while the
accumulation distribution chart shows strong accumulation.
(I use e-signal data.)

If the mm's can't get more sells with this lower price
maybe they are trying to flush out more sellers
by moving the price up.Good luck longs!
