That probably won't happen all the way anyway, AMD is no lily white saint and discovery works both ways. This is 2005 let's see what the x86 market is like in 2010 :) there is no use in talking with this guy as he either works for AMD and follows the party line or he's got a bundle tied up in AMD :) nothing wrong with either.

An intelligent person will understand that nothing is settled yet - till trial, slam dunks take a long time. He does not want to understand that Intel may have a case of their own, none of us are lawyers -- time to settle in and wait for the trial. I bet it's settled :)
