How do you know whether it's a regular short or naked short?
Who is shorting? How long do they have to cover?
Did they cover? If so, do those numbers go back down when they do cover?
Or is it just a tally of every stock sold as 'short'
Does anyone know the answers to these questions?
If not, how can we go by the numbers given without knowing what they represent?
I have held stocks for months, gone to sell them, and they were listed as 'short' eventhough I was long.
