Thanks I saw the same thing...Anywhere MD (PINKSHEETS: ANWM), announced today that it has entered into a Letter of Intent to acquire Premiere Investment Properties, Inc., a New Jersey based real estate and resource holding company.

Over a year and not one bit of info DD about Premiere Investments or the Pres/nephew.

WAIT A MINUTE! HOLD THE PRESSES! I'm sorry I think we all missed it. Here is why no further information/DD... The terms of the acquisition were not disclosed and are subject to further due diligence and a definitive agreement between the companies.

Now I get it, 'FURTHER DUE DILIGENCE' must be they're trying to find the same DD we have been looking and asking for. I wonder if the IR lost his/Pres. phone number?
