Actually you have no choice but to cooperate with a request for information for discovery, you do have the right to review all information presented for discovery with an attorney. Intel will often lose in a lower court only to win on appeal to a higher court. This case will drag on for at least 5-10 years, it will be barely a footnote in 6 months time.
