I don'think that there will be an increase in the number of shares before the time frame set by Ron. I also believe that Ron was using the traditional definition of dilution when he made his post. With that viewpoint Ron was right. In so far as we know no new issues has been authorized. I believe that Ron's posted statement would hold up in any court. For he has not lied in that respect, we may not like it but it is a normal acceptable business practice and there is not one thing shareholders can do about it other then remove themselves from the shareholders list. If close to a billion share has been sold then he is guilty of changing his mind and not buying shares off the street. I suppose that is his right. July will probably prove to be the keystone month for us. By the end of next month we should have the necessary visibility to make a better projection of the future worth of this company. I must say again that I have complete faith in both Ron and the management. Anytime hairs are being split there will be a different of opinion. It just does not mean that either party is completely right or wrong.
