I'm not understanding the term dilution.
To me, dilution is where more stock is issued and each share is then worth proportionately less.
If an owner selling his own shares and lending the money to the company is not an honorable thing to do, in order to keep the company going, then I am even more confused.
In addition, it also confuses me as to why selling 5 million shares at .005 each, totaling $25,000 is going to keep a business going, unless it is 5 million every day, and the overhead is small enough to be sustained by that cash infusion.
All in all, I still believe that this does not constitute dilution. To my way of thinking, an owner selling his own non restricted shares could get more investors interested and be a good thing for the future of the company.
And finally, if so many investors are upset, they have two alternatives.
Buy more stock at the lower price and reduce their price per share investment, [if they believe in the company], or sell all their shares and forget about the loss. Go on to the next investment.
Why stay and complain?
