Where did you get this information that you are posting as fact?

I raised an eyebrow myself when I read this sentence, but I decided to assume that he meant "it now appears to me". I also assumed that he hadn't thought of this possibility before, but the idea has come to him since the last time he posted, and if he thinks that news should have been out by now (which a lot of people here seem to), he sees this as a logical and/or probably possibility.
