PDOS' Cowboys & Aliens breaks $200 mil worldwide, $100 mil domestic. (IMDBpro)

With PDOS' huge stake in the merchandise, this will pay off for PDOS for years, as well as stoke additional interest in their 5,500 title intellectual property library. The long term prospects for PDOS are very good. It's irrelevant to me that Scott Rosenberg lent the company money and has been slowly paying himself back or that they cut back on their staff and payroll to get to this point. All that matters is that Cowboys & Aliens is a worldwide success today and will create a massive merchandise market place for PDOS as well as build heat for the rest of the PDOS property library tomorrow. And when one considers the fact that merchandise frequently total 20% of the box office and up, and that Disney bought out Marvel for $4bil after Incredible Hulk did $263 mil worldwide, the current short term balance sheet looks even more irrelevant. Obsess on it all you want. Look backwards all you want.

If C&A didn't break $200 mil, then ok. But it did. If If PDOS didn't have one the best deals on merchandise since Lucas and Star Wars, then ok. But it does. If PDOS didn't have another 5,500 properties to sell, then ok. But it does. Long term prospects for PDOS are very good.
