We have been working on closing a deal with the group we announced a year ago. There have been repeated meetings till just before the summer. We have been told they are still interested but nothing further yet.

Hi I have been a stock holder for many years. Just wondering what going on with this company? Any sales in the past few yr’s.

Any reason you can give me why I should not cut my losses and move on with my money?
