I agree, its a good thing, I disagree with your reason why. I think that the reason is, people will not sell for such a large loss, may as well hold on and hope the pps continues to rise and get some of there losses back.

This is a good thing, shows that most people realize that these shares are worth much more than that. When EI files I don't think that we see those levels again.
