Need to divert attention from Palestinian gains at UNESCO and this is the Mutt and Jeff game of good guy bad guy. Pure, unadulterated b.s. Israel has to recover its muscle "image" since Syria is not going to be overthrown and Lebanon is now in Hezbo hands. They have to do something to show they are not as weak and isolated as they've become. Saber rattling makes them feel good. I don't think they know the parties in interest are laughing at them.
