Several people have not recieved their proxies. I spoke to chef Jon about this. He told me its not a problem for me I can still vote my shares at the meeting in person. The meeting isnt going to be the deadline for voting . I will stress on him the mailings are late and they need to allow ample time for everyone to get theoir votes in. Unless if a majority vote is already in and seals it I dont know.
Personally I think the company didnt calculate how much time it takes for a proxy to arrive. If you have your certs then the stock is already in your name therefore mailed directly to you. If not your broker gets the proxy and it is up to them to deliver it to you. Another shareholder called his broker today and they said they received the proxy and sent it today
