Good news isn't it.....since you are speaking sarcasm this morning buddy, let me see:

In August of this year, the Washington office assigned the Company a Government Field Representative, which has preliminarily approved all 65 cities and towns for Rural Utilities Service (RUS) funding.

I guess the gov't just sends out the Field Reps for nothing substantial and of no value in these lean years

In addition, the company has retained Mr. George Bochis as in house general counsel. Mr. Bochis was previously the SVP/General Counsel for a private real estate development and management company. During his tenure there he had oversight responsibility for a number of individual limited partnerships (28 of which have been the recipient of USDA loans and loan guarantees in excess of $110,000,000). He also served on the advisory board of a public REIT

I guess Val figures that it's good for the company to waste money on yet another frivolous expense such as on a person that has the right tools in getting secured financing.

The remarkably low interest rates are extremely attractive, as compared to traditional commercial loans,...

Hey OTOW is a big spender yet Val finds better financing terms for the company. He can't be looking out for the company and the shareholders.........

all those taco stands and guacomole dreams

Greg, tic toc, the drinks will literally be on the burrito squad, like you said, probably closer than we think.

Since when has this application been submitted for review is the key to knowing until when we can load the boat before we really take off.
