should of stayed away from CIO after i made about 5k ,,but noooooooo,,had to buy back in @ .27 then again @ .17 now im holding about 200k sh with an average of about .23 ,,cant figure it out ,,every day i come home and its down ,,could be one of my biggest loses next to enron,,dang,, soonner or later their gonna have to run out of shares to sell right lol or maybe not hope no one else bought this pos
