great synopsis CFG, thanks. I believe the Roth/NDD deal was a sham from the start. merely a means for those in charge to 'launder' the profits from share selling activities. A real product makes everything look legit. There is no way under the sun that ASR can EVER become profitable with the products they are currently flaunting! Dog
