But once these are cleared, and if our projections/hopes for ramped-up revenue are correct, in less than a year, there is nothing to stop him from doing this? Would there be any thing for him to gain by not taking GERS private after all debts are cleared? I have had a serious discussion with someone of great wealth who looked closely at GERS and said that this was a significant reason he would not join me in GERS. His assessment was based on his getting involved outside of purchasing common shares.
