Hi EP,

The reason for my selling a little over half of my holdings in BIPH was because, imho, the deal that MW was able to get from BSX was to me at least, nowhere as rich as MW's bluster of the past few months...I think he raised the bar of expectation unreasonably high...

We shall see...in any case, even after this sale, I still have approximately 8% of my Fund's assets invested in BIPH!
