Agreed on losing the edge. Technology is a fickle bit*h. SaaS is pretty common, and this type of software has had "thick" clients for over twenty years. I suggest that many companies will end up consolidating and providing the mother of all SaaS offerings leaving stuff like this in the dirt.

Of course, LCRE doesn't need competition. It's own lack of inaction (what no real business updates in a year?) is the biggest culprit.

On the flip side I'm actually amazed at the staying power of the price (that's a loaded statement if you had shares before the R/S)...but that's because of both lack of investor interest AND lack of the ability to sell shares.
