TOFS CEO Matt Dwyer: Easily,I know the new company coming in, I reviewed the new company coming in, I worked with the company to formulate a structure that did the transaction, that block was a control block which made me a controlling share holder of the company sense March 22nd, which was a way for me to conserve my debt within inside the company. I feel strongly about the company coming in, we will be entering a long term financing agreement with them, they are going to be using our TA...
