Maybe, but let's face it. Performance on the TM5800 is half of what you can get from a comparable Pentium III-M. The power savings, along with what I'm guessing were sizable discounts might have been enough for HPQ to design their tablet PC; after all, HPQ is generally agnostic when it comes to processor architecture. But like I said, Dell plays a different ball game. Not only do they have an excellent and long lasting relationship with Intel, but they are very concerned about performance, and TMTA won't cut it. The idea is pretty silly when you've been following Dell as long as some of the people on this thread have. AMD has tried many times with much more competitive products, while Dell has given them a cold shoulder. TMTA doesn't have much to offer that Dell can't get from Centrino, so the added value seems to be nil. Maybe you see it differently, and I'm surely willing to hear you out, but you'll need a lot more than just a gut feeling to convince anyone here.
