Update:

I have recently sat at a meeting on the Marcellus Shale in eastern Pennsylvania locations as related to water purification, natural gas drilling, 'frac' technologies, methane release systems, environmental engineering, boring tests, structural engineering and other regulatory issues.

GMND name came up. It was all good. They have completed certain water studies at this Berwick, Pennsylvania oil terminal facility.
The studies were done for the benefit of both GMND and the terminal and now are being reviewed by the largest natural gas companies in the USA for further business.

I predict that they will score big here and one of the next announcements will be such an arrangement. The water storage and cleaning(purification) ability here is over 2.5 million gallons per job. The terminal is located directly at the Susquehanna River and very close( 3500 feet) to the main nuclear power plant in eastern PA that supplies 50% of all PA electricity( Susquehanna P&G).

I have also researched the ownership as well as the Tier issues on OTC. The ownership is the same as it was in 2004. These owners are part of the Push.Pickens Plan as being Directors of that organization. That organization has 4.5 million members. I do not know if the owners work directly with Mr. Pickens.

as for the The Tier changes, please note that pink sheets(otc markets in NYC) confirmed that application for Tier upgrade with all the updated financials and Supplemental Disclosure document was filed with them and I expect the Tier change shortly. No more documents are required nor is any attorney letter needed for this upgrade.

I expect that there will be several news releases next week on the Tier change as well as the progress on the Marcellus Shale water purification project.

This stock is a major steal at .01 to .012. I am glad I bought some. There is little stock left to buy here up to 2 cents. accumulation over the past couple months. If you want to make big bucks my pick for 2011 is GMND. I see a 10 bagger by year end.
