LMAO just something I ran across

GoIP Global Inc.'s (GOIG; http://www.goigcorp.com) the intent of this letter is to address the points that our shareholders have been inquiring about over the last several weeks.

GOIG has no plans of a forward or reverse split its stock. Currently, we have entered into a Letter of Intent to sell EE Global, our Chinese subsidiaries to a publicly traded Company. The stock consideration to be received, GoIP's management has decided to dividend these shares to GoIP shareholders, subject to closing of the transaction and government regulations.

Our decision to sell EE Global was based on several factors which include but are not limited to: GOIG's share price, financial requirements of EE Global, and the launch of GoIP's Go800 service in 1st quarter 2010. The anticipated sale and dividend will ensure that GoIP's shareholders will continue to benefit from EE Global's Chinese subsidiaries. Further information will be forthcoming as the transactions unfold.

GoIP's subsidiary Go800 LLC is on track. As announced, the provisional-patents have been filed with full patents being filed within the next few weeks. Web site development and system integration is proceeding with a targeted completion date of Feb 2010, on target. "46800" Go800's short code has been acquired and has been registered with the four major wireless carriers: ATT, Verizon, T - Mobile and Sprint. We are anticipating approval in early part of 2010. We are currently in discussion with several Public Relations firms and Advertising companies to assist in the launch of the new Go800 service. We anticipate a tremendous launch and positive public reception of this new Text Messaging service for Advertisers.

GoIP's management continues to seek more opportunities in the Mobile Media space, as it believes that Mobile Media is the wave of the future with a tremendous upside. Rolling up small Mobile Media Companies that can share management and sales opportunities, will be GoIP's focus and direction in 2010. With a strong resolve to succeed, GoIP forecasts a profitable 2010.
