sbc357 let me clarify my opinion.

For the past few month the CD conversion has been killing the PPS of PEIX
The pattern was always the same start of the month loads of shares choking the stock price.
By the end of the month the price would spike as the new shares dried up.

The pettern was easy to see and play.

But today is the beginning of the month and the pettern is not starting up again.
