Note: This is assuming that KBLB has not already put in their paperwork and in conjunction that the Trademark office has not upated KBLB's trademark status' yet.
I would think/expect/hope that the paperwork has already been filed and now we are just waiting on the TM office to update, in any case there should be something updated by the 6 month deadline. Also with the 10Q due these next two weeks are the ones to watch for some kind of update/news. JMHO
