Assuming assets of:

6 million one hotel/convention center concession
3 million for the other hotel and
1 mill each for 6 steak huts.

=0.0013636363636363636363636363636364 per share.

Just estimate, one would need to subtract debt and stuff.
Assuming I am pumping which I am trying not to I will cut this by 80% since we don't want to pay taxes on any capital gains.

= .00027 per share.
