Call with Mr.Olsen:

I got concerned reading about the VP of programming leaving QTN so I called their office to try and speak with someone about Steven Grunberg...the operatror-I assume it was Troy picked up the phone and told me to stay on the line....after a minute or two Frank Olsen picked up the phone and asked if he could help me...I told Mr.Olsen who I was and that I had talked to him several times last year. He remembered and asked what was my question. I told him I was trying to find out if VP of Programing was still with the company. He told me that Steven Grunberg had retired recently due to health related issues and had already been replaced with an equally competent person whose name would be announced next week.
I asked him what he felt about LOGO's launch. He got very upset and said that he would never try to put that kind of programming on basic cable. He said that it was unaceptable to have two boys kissing on basic cable and that is why he chose the paid subscription way.......
I asked him if we were ever going to get off the pink sheets and stop the manipulation..he said we are completing the audit as we speak and the results of it should be announced in July...including a move to another exchange.
I asked him point blank that he told me a year ago that his main goal was eventually to get on the Boston Stock exchange..he said "YES" we have already started the process be patient as it takes a little longer for this.........
He said I have to go as we are busy signing contracts..I thanked him and that was it.................
