According to PR dated 10/12/11:
Complete details of the transaction are planned for public announcement within the next 30 days.

So by EOD 11/11/11 the PR for the acquisition should be out. I would say that each day we get closer to then... the odds go up for PR issue on that.


According to PR dated 6/8/11:
PMG expects the process of obtaining its warehouse lines of credit to take approximately 4-6 months. After which, PMG will be able to market its ability to originate consumer mortgage loans.

The warehouse financing announcement should be out anytime between now and around 12/8/11


Per PR's dated 10/6/11 and 10/16/11:
Release of Quarterly Report can come out at any time and any news about uplisting could come with it.

Who knows... maybe they have other irons in the fire also???
