As you are aware, it costs money to do business, and certain things are not for free... however, I have not utilized any shareholder money to do any of the things that have been taking place.

This is from an email I received. The way I personally interpret what is going on is much like what my mom used to do as a kitchen and bath designer.

She would spend time designing a plan and adding to it. Nothing exact and nothing finalized, just enough to get the purchaser an idea of what she saw for their vision. If they liked it she was hired and then compensated for design hours and the cost of the project.

In my opinion, I think it is the same here. Different people are "lending a hand" and when one of them is chosen, that is when they will be compensated.

I still have no problem with JAG's attempt to turn this company around. I will continue to wait patiently.
