The due diligence supporting the scam theory is that nothing Black has PR'd is ever followed up on and nothing can be verified. i.e. German companies looking at Microfill, cancellation of full disclosure when "buyout" came out but still hasn't been given now that "buyout" is off the table, Fortune 500 company negotiations, cancellation of appearance at Minn Pak, failing to disclose that the company isn't even producing wipes but they promote themselves as a wipes company, etc. etc. etc. One delay after another.
