Q: Is there any end in sight to this spiral? Beginning to get lightheaded.
I know you have told me that the share price would take care of itself, well I don´t think
this is what you had in mind.

A: Joe,
All things need to come together and, as much as I wish it were different, I don’t control some of those major things. Here’s what I DO know. Now that our audit period is over (June 30), our merger registration statement can be compiled, filed, commented upon, and approved by the SEC. At the same time, when the large portable music player manufacturers give us the nod to make MediaMax compatible with their devices, when we are running on our own steam without needing to rely on outside resources, and, finally, when we get onto a major exchange – then, THAT will be our time. Anything in the form of shareholder awareness campaigns, etc. done before some of these above things happen will require a tremendous amount of effort and have a limited impact. While that might be ok for those needing/wanting to sell some shares, it will not serve the company´s best interests in the medium or long run.
I believe the company has never been better positioned for success. It’s a shame that at this level of volume, the market makers have had their way with us, but I truly believe that SunnComm’s day will come. Like you, I lose patience from time to time, but I see this past month´s recent successes of having MediaMax on three of the best selling albums in the world as one of the most positive events in our company’s life and it is these successes that help us to keep us focused down here on what really counts - building value.
Do I see any daylight, you ask? You bet I do! We will continue to move as fast as we’re permitted and not lose sight of what counts – building a profitable, market-leading, technology company poised to protect artists and content owners worldwide.
Sorry it´s taken as long as it has, but DAMN THE TORPEDOS! FULL SPEED AHEAD!
