You are quite lost it seems. I already tried to explain to you what the word "target" actually means but that seems to have gone WAY over your head as you are still going on and on about the same pointless things.
Let me try again, a "target" is nothing more than a "goal". The "goal" was for BRYN to reach .60 based on the fundamentals of the company and news. It didn't reach that "goal" as you have pointed out... That's why it was a "goal" and not a guarantee.
Some stocks hit their goals or "targets" some don't, simple as that. Not sure why that is so hard to understand. Price targets are nothing more than "guidelines" as to what they think the stock will do based on DD.
In reality the stock went from .03 to .27 in a matter of days from his alert, aka 600% roughly. Like all of his other picks, they all go up multiple 100s of percents. FLPC should do the same, it's a quality company and has a bright up side. I don't care what anyones targets are, if a stock goes up big it goes up big, and that's all that matters.
