WARNING!!! Do Not Let Any Of Your Friends With "MS 2000" Download The "The Critical Service Pack #3"
It's a trick by MS to track all your moves and muck up your PC so that you'll break down and buy their new "XP" program, this is no bull, I have it straight from a source high-up in the game, and I mean HIGH-UP!!!
Downloading the "Critical Service Pack 3" will tell them if you have a copy Windows or an orig', it tells them of all your movements what sites you visit, and it tracks your e-mails as well, and you'll have a hellll of time trying to use Netscape or any other non-MS product afterwards, it's what started all my prob's!
I had my "Store Bought" copy of Windows denied, and I can not download my copy Windows 2000 now, although it is was a copy!!! I must admit, I have had 4 computers since then I bought the Windows 98 and I have loaded it on all of them. But Still, What A Bunch Of Stuff!!!! Dammm I'm pizzed!
I had to re-formatt with the original bullchitt Compaq software, What Pure Crappp!!!!!
Well, I got the Windows 98 program from my Compaq software, then I used a copy of the 2000 Update that I had from my business days, and since the Compaq software wiped all the update bullchit off of my PC that I could not remove before wiping my hard drive I was able to go to MS updates and download all the updates but the service pack #3, which is where & when my troubles started!
Funny thing though, I tried to download the updates without the service pack number #3, I had to try 14 times before it would let me download without it!!! I don't think this is a mistake, I think it's on purpose, I Hate Them MF's at MS!!!
