Why don't you look at how much they went up from the alert instead of focusing on "targets".... Let me help you out here because it seems that some people here don't understand what the word "target" actually means in the context of stock picks. Here is the proper definition of the word in this context:

Target - A desired goal

By the very definition of the word these are nothing more than "goals" and should only be looked at as such. All of his plays have gone up 100s of precents from their initial alerts, over the course of days, and most have held their gains for weeks. If you can't make money on stocks that do that then you shouldn't be trading, simple as that.

As far as FLPC goes, this looks like another classic pick by him and looks like it's in prime position to make a huge bounce off it's bottom and a even bigger run on news. Charts look great, company is solid, and if big news drops and thing's start kicking into gear this could make a lot of money for people.
