Then they should have said NI, which is a defined bit of jargon even though it sounds like something it really is not.

But by using common English, they now are say something that is not NI. It is obviously not possible to show what they claim.

So why did they phrase it this way?

I know little of this company, but that type wordsmithing makes me suspect they have issues.
