Everybody except shareholders know what is going to happened. The secure lenders, claim owners, jb they all know. The SHs are kept in dark untill there would be nothing left for us. I see it this way since cs has bought all assets. When new bod were appointed jb had negotiated the deal before we had a chance to get financing. Jb knew what was comming but didnt want to disclose earlier to court so he could get more income. Now, only miracle can save us. Hopefully santa Chuck with bod havean ace in thier sleeve.
