For those invested in some of the other public companies I have been involved in, you have probably seen a large number go through a reverse split recently. The main reason for doing this is to ensure that you, the shareholders, have a clear path to liquidity when it comes time to sell your shares on the market. Most of the OTC clearing firms are no longer processing trades for any companies trading at less than $0.10/share. It is possible that threshhold will rise next year but for right now, this is causing many shareholders to have delays in selling stock. If you have any questions about this, feel free to reach out to me and I can explain further. This, plus other market conditions, have pushed the going-public process into next year. Trust me when I tell you, our number one goal is to provide shareholder value - entering the market under the current conditions would not have served any of you very well. More on the process soon.
