I am a co-owner of the funeral home, Chicago was a good convention, I actually worked in a booth for a company that I represent with my part-time business, so there was not alot of down time for me to explore the entire floor.
I was overall very impressed with the expo and the layout. I am unsuure if attendence was increased that much or not, but we sure were busy in our booth.
Overall the convention was a good experience, I always enjoy seeing what is happening in the industry, hopefully bring some new things and ideas back to the home place and go from there.
