I don’t have a problem with them raising money for the ad campaign through the sale of stock. A college professor once told me that if you go for the knowledge the “A” will be there. Same analogy goes for a company. If you concentrate on providing a good product and good customer service your stock price will be there. On the other hand if you just concentrate on the stock price it won’t be long before it drops. We have a few ex-GE boys that have been doing things to impress the Wall Street boys at my company. One thing they have done is increase inventory turns. We are doing a great job! Wall Street guys like to see those inventory turns. Not much cash tied up in inventory. The report they don’t see is the customers canceling orders b/c we don’t have the product in stock.
Hee is doing a good job:
-Developed products
-Pilot studies
-Reduced cost by hiring a U.S. manufacturer
-Hired an ad company
These things are what are best for the shareholders!!
Once the production date is known the ad campaign can start. It will be time to worry only if no one buys the products.
