Episode 5 was taped over a year and a half ago. We know from more recent filings, the company had valued their inventory at just over $40k. A year and a half to sell $40k (I'm being generous, it's likely Jess than 1/2 that), is not flying off the shelves.

Of course I know the episodes were taped over a year ago.. I also realize season two just finished taping in September...

THE FOLLOWING WAS TAKEN FROM JASON DUSSAULT'S BLOG PAGE
http://www.nippermulberry.com/?m=201110

When I started Dussault Apparel it was fashionable to spend 300 dollars on a pair jeans, and 1,000 dollars on a Dussault Hoodie, needless to say the world changed over night, and I had to come up with a plan to keep my company alive, ENTER DEUCE. DEUCE by Dussault is a line of clothing that has the same attention to detail as Dussault, only rather than made in Vancouver personally managed and overseen by me, its manufactured in China. The quality is still great, its just way cheaper to make, I am proud to say that sales of our Fall line of DEUCE have surpassed expectations and we are sold out or close to sold out in most styles. In fact sales where so good I have ordered more hoodies, with different threads so that we will have stock for Christmas, and I am currently designing hoodies for spring 2012. Every collection, I have a new Peter Panda, the spring collection will have 2, see a sneak peak of art below.

Jason has stated his fall line has sold out, was it your belief that the "fall line" was from 2010?

Jason also reaffirmed this with a second blog post

Our Fall collection made in China DEUCE Hoodies hit the stores a few weeks ago and have been flying off the shelves, in fact sales have been so good we are already sold out in a few styles, so I modified some of the Fall designs and factory is working hard so we can have more hoodies for our busiest fast approaching holiday season.

I honestly do not think Jason Dussault is intentionally misleading his shareholders.
