Ok TF, thats great you are holding. Can you please then explain why the conversion was changed from .10 to a more onerous.0015? And why you and some cronies or buss. partners were converting shares when this was much higher? Didn't you see the writing on the wall what a fantastic future was in store or did you all just need some money?
