Afraif you're right. Nothing really new here, (wasn'nt really expecting anything earth-shattering). The $ of 550-600k leaves much to be desired. Ife sounds good but is taking longer than I would like. On the positive side , I thought Fred and Robert gave a good call. Very organized (perhaps too much so). I still believe but it is defintely going to take more patience. Might (if I have the guts) put my money to work elsewhere and then come back. But I WILL be here before it starts to happen.
